Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys and account credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.
Service Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SafeGuard is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions caused by network failures beyond our control.
