SafeGuard collects telemetry data from registered nodes, including GPS location, system logs, and media files as requested by the account operator. All transmission channels are secured with AES-256 encryption.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your intelligence data to outside parties. All collected data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing monitoring services to the authorized operator and maintaining system integrity.

Logs and media files are stored according to your subscription plan (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days). Once the retention period expires, data is permanently purged from our encrypted clusters and cannot be recovered.

Account operators are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to monitor their target devices. We support data portability and the right to erasure for all registered accounts.
