Ethical Deployment

SafeGuard is a powerful intelligence tool. Operators must ensure that deployment is always ethical and legal. This means only installing the agent on devices you own or have explicit legal authority to monitor.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for stalking or unauthorized surveillance of individuals.
• Attempting to circumvent the security protocols of the SafeGuard platform itself.
• Reselling access to the platform without an authorized partner agreement.

Agent Integrity

The SafeGuard agent should not be modified or decompiled. Tampering with the agent's signature or communication protocols will result in immediate account termination and revocation of all node licenses.
